Guests will have private and exclusive access to the entire 4-bedroom house and all its amenities. Self-check-in is available via a secure lockbox, allowing for a flexible and convenient arrival at any time after the designated check-in hour.

We believe in giving our guests complete privacy to enjoy their stay. As such, we offer a self-check-in process and will not be present at the property. However, we are always available and responsive via the messaging platform should you have any questions or need assistance during your stay.

Security Deposit or Damage Waiver: We require either a non-refundable damage waiver of £45.00 to be arranged before check-in.

Mandatory Online Check-In: To confirm your booking, the lead guest must complete our secure online check-in form, agree to our terms, and provide a valid photo ID (UK Driver's License or Passport).

Check-In/Out Times: Standard check-in is after 3:00 PM and check-out is by 10:00 AM. Early check-in or late check-out may be available for a fee of £20 per hour, subject to availability and prior arrangement.

Security Monitoring: For your safety and to ensure compliance with house rules, the property is equipped with noise and air monitoring systems (detecting loud music, smoking, etc.) and exterior security cameras.
Tampering with these devices is strictly prohibited.
