To ensure our home is perfectly prepared for you, a locked garage and a storage cupboard are reserved for host use and are not accessible to guests.

We offer a seamless self-check-in process to give you complete privacy and flexibility during your stay. While we won't be present at the property, we are always available and happy to assist with any questions or needs you may have via the booking platform or phone.

Self Check-In/Out: Check-in is available from 3 PM via a smart lock. Check-out is by 11 AM. Early check-in or late check-out may be possible for a fee of £20 per hour, subject to availability.

Booking Confirmation: The lead guest must complete our secure online check-in, agree to our terms, and provide a valid photo ID (UK driver's license or passport) to confirm the booking.

Security Deposit: We require either a non-refundable £45.00 damage waiver to cover your stay.

Property Monitoring: The property is equipped with noise and air monitoring systems (which do not record audio or video) to ensure house rules are respected. Any detection of loud music or smoking will be flagged.

Extended Stays: For stays longer than 10 nights, an additional mid-stay housekeeping service is required for a fee.

Safety: For your safety, the home is equipped with smoke alarms, carbon monoxide alarms, and a first aid kit.
