We respect our guests' privacy and offer a seamless self-check-in process. While we won't be present during your stay, we are always available via phone or the messaging app should you need any assistance or local recommendations.

Online Check-In: To confirm your booking, the lead guest must complete our secure online check-in form. This includes agreeing to our terms and providing a valid photo ID (UK Driver's License or Passport).
Security Deposit: We require either a non-refundable damage waiver of £45.00, to be arranged after booking confirmation.

Check-In/Out Times: Standard check-out is 10 AM. Late check-out is charged at £20 per hour and is subject to availability. Early check-in may be available for a fee of £20 per hour before the stated time, subject to availability.

Longer Stays: For stays over 10 nights, additional housekeeping is required for an extra fee to maintain the quality and cleanliness of the apartment.
