Booking Confirmation: To finalise your booking, the lead guest must complete our secure online check-in form, agree to our terms and conditions, and provide a valid photo ID (UK Driver's License or Passport).

Security Deposit: We require either a non-refundable damage waiver of £45.00.

Long-Term Stays: Planning to stay for a week or longer? Please message us for information on special discounts. For stays over 10 nights, additional housekeeping is required for an extra fee.

Check-in/Out Times: Standard check-out is at 10 AM. Late check-out may be available for a fee of £20 per hour. Early check-in may be arranged for £20 per hour before the stated time, subject to availability.
