Lock box is on the left hand side, Guests will have private and exclusive access to the entire 3-bedroom house, including all living areas, the kitchen, and the bathroom. Self check-in is available 24/7 via a secure lockbox for your convenience and flexibility. The access code and detailed instructions will be provided to you shortly before your arrival.

We believe in giving our guests complete privacy to enjoy their stay. As such, we offer a seamless self check-in process and will not be present at the property. However, we are always available and happy to assist with any questions or needs you may have via the booking platform or phone.

Monitoring Systems: For the safety of our guests and property, and to enforce our no-party rule, the home is equipped with noise and air monitoring systems. These devices are privacy-compliant and do not record audio. Loud music, smoking, or any indication of a party will trigger an alert and may lead to immediate removal without a refund.

Online Check-In: To confirm your booking, the lead guest must complete our secure online check-in form, agree to our Terms & Conditions, and provide a valid photo ID (UK Driver's License or Passport).
Security Deposit: We require either a non-refundable damage waiver of £45. This will be arranged after your booking is confirmed.

Check-In/Out Times: Standard check-out is 10 AM. Late check-out may be available for £20 per hour. Early check-in may be possible for £20 per hour, subject to availability.
