A fully equipped kitchen has everything you need for a self-catering stay.
Amenities include: oven, hob, microwave, fridge-freezer, dishwasher, and coffee maker.
You'll find all the cookware and tableware required to prepare anything from a quick breakfast to a full evening meal.

BEDROOMS & BATHROOMS:
Each bedroom is designed with hotel-style comfort in mind, offering quality mattresses, soft bedding, and plenty of storage to help you unpack and feel settled.
The modern, spotless bathrooms are stocked with fresh towels and essentials, ensuring your stay is simple and hassle-free.

During your stay, you will have private and exclusive access to the entire home. This includes all bedrooms, the living room, the fully equipped kitchen, all bathrooms, and the private garden.

Please note that the host's locked storage cupboard, which contains cleaning supplies, is not accessible to guests.

We offer a seamless self-check-in process to give you flexibility on arrival. While we respect your privacy and will not be present during your stay, our team is always available and can be reached via the booking platform or phone if you need any assistance.

Check-In/Out: Self check-in is available from 3:00 PM via a secure lockbox. Check-out is by 11:00 AM. The home is professionally cleaned between each stay.

Booking Process: To confirm your booking, the lead guest must complete our secure online check-in form, agree to our Terms & Conditions, and provide a valid photo ID (UK driver's license or passport).

Security Deposit: We require a non-refundable damage waiver of £45.00, to be arranged after booking.

Extended Stays: For stays longer than 10 nights, additional housekeeping is required for an extra fee to maintain the quality of the home.

Early Check-In / Late Check-Out: Early check-in may be available for £20 per hour before 3 PM (subject to pre-approval). Unauthorised late check-out after 11 AM will be charged at £20 per hour.

Family Amenities: A travel cot and highchair can be provided upon request. Please let us know in advance if you require them.

Safety: For your peace of mind, the property is fitted with smoke and carbon monoxide alarms, and a first aid kit is available on-site.
