Mandatory Online Check-In: To finalize your reservation, the lead guest is required to complete our secure online check-in. This includes agreeing to our terms and conditions and providing a valid photo ID (UK driver's license or passport).

Security Deposit: A non-refundable damage waiver of £45.00 is required before check-in.

Check-In/Out Policy: Late check-out after 10 AM is charged at £20 per hour. Early check-in is £20 per hour before the stated time and is subject to availability.
Long Stays: For reservations longer than 10 nights, an additional housekeeping service is required at an extra charge to maintain the quality of the space.
